Howard Perry and Walston Builder Services, representing more than 40 new home neighborhoods. This phenomenally successful
division provides sales and marketing for builders and developers from master-planned communities to upscale condominiums.
Marketing managers provide on-going support for each neighborhood, including marketing plans, advertising, events and more.
Relocation Referrals
Coldwell Banker Howard Perry and Walston's Relocation & Business Development Division handles more than 65% of
the corporate relocation business in the Triangle. These highly motivated buyers are referred to our agents who

offers a full schedule of continuing education classes that are required to maintain your real

Buyers Representative (ABR), Real Estate Professionals Society (REPS), Real Estate Cyber Specialist (RECS) and more.
